Only real estate agents that are members of the National Association of Realtors® can use the title of Realtor®. A Realtor® has undergone screening, additional education, and is also held to a higher standard of accountability.

When you request an agent from the Christian Real Estate Network, we work very hard to match you up with an agent that will be the best possible fit for you and your situation. It’s like getting a personal recommendation from a friend, and for that reason we only assign one agent at a time.

Yes! In fact, our agents have over 17 years of experience on average, all work full-time in real estate, and most are top producing agents in their market area.

While God only knows the heart of a person, the agents we assign are followers of Christ to the best of our knowledge based on an application process and relationships we have built with them over time. Currently, 95% of our members are active in their Church and over 70% are actively serving in some kind of ministry.

It depends. Most agents around the country don’t assist with rental property, but many of our agents would still be happy to discuss your needs with you and at the minimum, provide you with some helpful resources for your area.

It’s free! After your transaction closes, the Christian Real Estate Network receives a commission called a “referral fee” from your agent’s commission which is a very common process in the real estate industry. This fee allows us to keep the service free for buyers and sellers.
