Earn passive Income & Stock

One of the most unique things about REAL Broker is the ability to earn additional streams of income with the company. This is a huge benefit, especially since many agents also don’t have a viable plan for retirement. When they stop production, they stop earning, which can be a major problem if they have no other sources of income.

Revenue share

Through the Revenue-Share program, agents that encourage (sponsor or co-sponsor) other agents to join will earn a percentage of that agent’s commission. This could mean simply encouraging like-minded agents to join REAL.

REAL has chosen to grow with a production based model as opposed to a marketing based model. The money that a big corporation would typically put into marketing, REAL has given back to their agents in the form of revenue share in order to help grow the company more organically.

Here is a breakdown of the potential Revenue-Share commissions

 
 

  • For example, if you encouraged 5 agents to join REAL, and each of them capped, that would be an additional $20,000 of passive income for you each year.

  • Revenue share is also “willable”, which means that you can name a beneficiary to the income you receive from revenue share and pass it on to your heirs.

Stock rewards

REAL is a publicly traded company that regularly gives stock rewards for meeting various goals and milestones.

  • When you cap, you receive 150 shares of company stock. *Resets every anniversary year and you can receive the reward an unlimited number of times.

  • When you attract (sponsor) an agent, you receive 75 shares of company stock

  • When you hit Elite agent (typically at 20-25 transactions for most agents), you receive $16,000 in company stock. After hitting Elite agent, you can receive an additional $8,000 in company stock each year for participating in Real Academy as an occasional coach. * Resets every anniversary year and you can receive the reward an unlimited number of times.
